Hi everyone! Today marks the 3rd anniversary of the creation of the Just Little Things blog. I can’t believe how far this blog has come.
It’s crazy to think that I was a high school sophomore three years ago, creating this blog as a small project to share my personal perspective; now I’m a college freshman with a blog that has grown so much these past few years. Just Little Things has gained a large following from all over the world, reached 1000 “little things” entries, been published into a book, and made a positive difference to many people’s lives.
As many of you know, I posted up “little thing” #1000 yesterday. Now what I plan to do is repost old entries, starting from post #1. That way, the blog will stay active. From time to time, I will post up updates and maybe new “little things,” even though they won’t be part of the official list. Many of you—especially recent followers—may have missed old posts from way back when, so earlier posts will be new to you. Every other day, followers will receive a post from me to remind you of a simple pleasure in life.
My sister is by me while I’m writing this post and said, “Nancy, what are you doing? You look so nostalgic.” This blog has unexpectedly become such a big part of my life, and it has touched my life as much as it has some of yours. I can’t thank you all enough! This blog is fueled by your support, kindness, and feedback. Just Little Things really wouldn’t be the same if it weren’t for all its readers.
Again, thank you so much! I really appreciate each one of you.
